Capstone Plans are designed for businesses that care about retaining and rewarding their employees, and are designed for businesses that have at least 10 - 1,000+ full time U.S. based employees. (Eligible employees may not be a more than 2% owner of the business and be under 70 years of age.)
Yes. Capstone Plans are administered under the provisions of the Affordable Care Act and Internal Revenue Code Section 125 and others. This program does not change or replace any existing employee benefit plan(s), and a business may have more than one "Section 125 Plan" in force at any time.
Many illnesses, injuries, and some emergency situations can be diagnosed and successfully treated (with no out-of-pocket outlay) using state-of-the-art telehealth protocols that are part of the Capstone Programs. Plan participants save time and money by eliminating the need for many in-office doctor visits or other "services" and thus eliminating the usual out of pocket co-pays.
There’s also an Rx benefit, where 30+ of the most commonly prescribed medications are provided at no cost; and significant discounts are available on many other drugs.
These cost saving opportunities are provided not just to your employee, but to the rest of their immediate family as well.
By implementing a Capstone Plan, the employer/business may realize a reduction in their matching payroll taxes. The details of this savings component is specific to each business, and will be explained in more detail in a personal conversation.
