Yes. Capstone Plans are an indemnity-based Section 125 Pre-Tax Plan prioritizing health. Plans have been specifically designed and developed to satisfy the requirements of IRS Code Section 125 and others. This program does not change or replace any existing employee benefit plan(s) but is in addition to what's in place. A business may have more than one "Section 125 Plan" in force at any time.
