Yes. Capstone Plans have been specifically designed and developed to satisfy the requirements of the IRS guidelines, and are administered under the provisions of the Affordable Care Act and Internal Revenue Code Section 125 and others. This program does not change or replace any existing employee benefit plan(s) but is in addition to what's in place, and a business may have more than one "Section 125 Plan" in force at any time.
Many illnesses, and some injuries, can be diagnosed and successfully treated (with no out-of-pocket outlay) using state-of-the-art telehealth protocols which is just one part of the Capstone Programs. Plan participants save time and money by eliminating the need for many in-office doctor visits or other "services", thus eliminating the usual out of pocket co-pays.
